Terms of Agreement:
1.Please provide the musicians with armless chairs and place them away from the walkways and building entrances or exits.
2.Provide good lighting. If overhead lighting is dim, please supply floor lamps so the musicians are able to read their music.
3.COMPLETE shade required for outdoor events. Reasonable temperatures: (between 60-80 degrees) Supply heating/AC if not in limits.
4.Full or half payment is due at time of the signing of contract, in advance of date. The other half is due a week before performance date
Return one filled copy of the signed contract to Alden F. Cohen with payment; retain the other copy for your records.

Gratuities for the musicians on performing day are greatly appreciated
5. There is a $75 fee per hour per musician if cancellation occurs before performance date. This compensation is due for the reservation of musicians’ time. The payment will be deducted from the deposit and remaining balance will be refunded.

Special Notice:
The agreement of musicians to perform is subject to proven detention by extreme illness, accidents or accidents in means of transportation, riots, strikes, epidemics, extreme weather conditions, unforseen natural disaster, or any other legitimate conditions beyond the control of the musicians which prevent them from performing; this includes, but is not limited to, performing conditions which threaten the health of safety of the performers and/or their instruments. Where any such conditions are present, the employees are excused from their obligation to perform.
